SHINE-NWL

At-Home HPV Self-Sampling

NHS North West LondonxDaye

As part of the SHINE-NWL pilot, some patients invited by their GP are being offered the option to collect their cervical screening sample using the Daye diagnostic tampon kit.

You can take the sample yourself at home, or at your GP practice. The sample is sent to an accredited laboratory. Your result is returned securely to your GP, who will contact you with the outcome and arrange any follow-up if needed.

All Daye tampons are manufactured at a facility compliant with medical device manufacturing standards, including ISO 13485 and GMP. Our testing kits are analysed by UKAS-accredited and CQC-registered partner laboratories. As with any diagnostic test, results should be interpreted by a qualified healthcare professional, taking into account the patient’s symptoms and medical history. Daye also offers the option to book appointments with independent, CQC-regulated healthcare providers for clinical interpretation and care. Any prescriptions or treatments offered via the Daye platform are issued by third-party, independent pharmacies regulated by the GPhC and CQC.
